Day 7 Krabi

Sadly our last morning in Koh Samui, we really loved it here especially the private pool villa. Headed to the airport at 10.30 for our 40 minute flight to Krabi.

Very impressed with Krabi on the drive to the hotel. Very tropical and amazing mountains. This place must be a rock climbers dream. The hotel seems good originally we were on the 3rd floor but we moved down to the ground floor to be closer to the pool. The room is not quite as nice but still big. TV isn't as good either and no DVD player like upstairs. Lucky Noel brought his media centre.

Not long after we arrived there was an amazing tropical down-poor and a bit of a thunderstorm but it didnt last long. Might get some rain tonight though as there is still some black clouds around. Once settled in we hit the pool which has a swim up bar so Noel is happy. Seems to be lots of restaurants just down the road from the hotel which is great.

Rob got some bad news last night that his stepfather died on Tuesday so that has upset him and Amanda. Unfortunaltye we won't be back in time for the funeral so they are a very upset today.

After our swim we walked down the road for dinner and then did a walk down along the beach front which was very pleasant and then up another road Noel wanted to go up. Like a month attracted to the light, he told us it was bigger and brighter so we walked for a whole longer checking out the resturants and shops. We found a Burger King and of course Maccas.

Got back to the hotel and checked out the Bouchers I collected on what to do in Krabi.

Day 7, done.
